Barber & Bauermeister was founded by attorneys with over eighty (80) years combined experience in defense practice.
The focus of the firm is on attention to detail and meticulous preparation of cases for trial. All litigation files are closely supervised by principals of the firm. Both Principals are members of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Attorneys.)
The emphasis of Barber & Bauermeister is on public entity defense, product liability defense, automobile-related litigation, aviation litigation, premises liability litigation, construction litigation and trucking litigation. John Barber is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and has been lead counsel in over Forty (40) jury trials. Linda Bauermeister has extensive trial experience. She has over thirty (30) jury trials and have conducted felony preliminary hearings and Municipal Court trials for the District Attorney’s office.
